in most Migros stores there is no daylight, only a little at the exit, I hope that a good solution will be found for the employees
@acko: Yes, yes, every employee is to blame if the working conditions are bad. Seriously: Migros has a reputation as a social employer, so it also has a responsibility to provide good working conditions.
I worked in the Coop and only had daylight at the entrance and no paid breaks. It didn't really bother me. And that's the case in many stores. I also worked in a club for three years, no daylight there either ;) And no paid breaks either, much less pay, working at night and on Sundays. (And no, I'm not complaining about that.) I understand the moaning about working conditions in the retail trade, but others have worse working conditions. (and don't complain as much)
I also work in a shopping center and in a Migros cooperative. Do we see light? Nope. There's a basement atmosphere. But as I said, you know where and how you're going to work before you start. Instead of spending your breaks indoors (as I often see employees do in the shopping center), get out into the fresh air!
