My Migros in Gränichen didn't have this product at all. That's why I couldn't test it. I would love to try it!
Thank you @Frederica, that is correct. Unfortunately, it didn't go down well with our customers. We take products that hardly sell at all out of the range to make room for others. I'm sorry you can no longer enjoy it, @Guapo8005.
@Michi2000: Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer all products in all stores. Thank you for your understanding. I have informed those responsible about your feedback. Perhaps they are already planning to offer a tasty alternative.

One reason for the poor response to the product could also be that it was placed incorrectly.
I always had to look for the soy mousse because, contrary to expectations, the product was not placed with the other soy products but with the dairy products. A vegan doesn't look in the dairy section when he's looking for something new. Perhaps a vegan product will find a more suitable place on the shelf in future.

I'm always looking for tofu or soy mousse or a new vegan product in front of the chiller cabinet.... Perhaps it would be easier to present the vegan "dairy products" or similar together in the rack. I inform myself about new products in the store and hardly ever on the Internet and simply look ahead to see what new products are available.
There is a sour cream alternative from Soyana, a great product! In addition, the margarine "Alsan" is mega-fine...

Vegetarian and vegan products are available in (almost) all food and fresh food areas. This makes it difficult to place the entire vegetarian and vegan range in one place. Best regards, Tamara
One solution to make it easier to find vegan / vegetarian products in a mixed rack could be to
to mark the area in the rack with a clearly visible label / tab.
This could, for example, be green in color and slightly larger than the other labels so that it is easy to see from a distance.
