Why ??? Why did you take the soy glazes in tubs (vanilla, chocolate) out of the range?
They were the only glazes I could eat. You want to expand your range for allergy sufferers? Then why did you take these products out of the range?

Thank you for your message. You sound very distressed. I'm very sorry that one of the products you really liked has been taken out of the range. I'll speak to the person responsible for the ice cream range shortly, but I imagine that the soy version has been replaced by vanilla and chocolate ice cream in the aha! range. Do you know these?

I have good news for you: The Soya Glacé Kübeli are still available. There are no plans to discontinue either product at the moment.
Perhaps the ice cream has been repositioned in your store? It's best to ask locally what's going on - the store managers are best placed to tell you why you can't find them at the moment.
