We have both organic and processed millet in our assortment, e.g., millet flakes, millet pellets, etc. For human consumption, millet is always husked, because otherwise it would not be edible. Whether or not an item is suitable for diabetics or a gluten-free diet depends on the product. Therefore we cannot give you a generic rule. Best regards, Luisa

Thank you Luisa for your response. Yes I have seen millet(Panicum miliaceum) products, sorghum(Sorghum bicolor) is another grain and according to Wikipedia it says.
Sorghum has a very low fat content and after eating it leaves a pleasant feeling of satiety and lightness. Thanks to a number of specialized firms, which have undertaken white sorghum processing for several years, it is possible to find white sorghum hulled and in flour from organic farming for human consumption and for celiacs even in the United States and Italy.White sorghum varieties are preferred because they have more interesting nutritional values.
