I receive the newsletter regarding promotions as a push message in the Migros app. How can I set my preferences there? In my case, for example, I'm not interested in the huge number of meat promotions.

After subscribing to the newsletter for many years, I unsubscribed two or three weeks ago. The weekly request to rate products that I bought x months ago was just annoying. The newsletter also contained far too much ballast that didn't interest me. Nowadays you should be able to choose which topics you receive in a newsletter, but that still doesn't seem to be the case with the Migros newsletter. So goodbye to the M-Nervletter, even if it means I lose the link to the new products on Tuesday.

I unsubscribed from the newsletter three weeks ago for similar reasons. Also the one from Sportxx where I was asked since December to review a product that was already described two years ago. I opened a thread in French and never received a reply from M-Infoline.

Hello everyone Thank you very much for your feedback on the Migros newsletter. I would like to add one point: Nachtspalter writes that in modern newsletters you should be able to choose the topics that interest you. Here is my question to you: Which topics from the Migros world are interesting enough for you to find them in your mailbox every week? Have a good start to the new week, Philipp

HelloPhilipp_Migros I was only interested in the new products and certain promotions such as coffee and cosmetic products. However, since it is no longer possible to enter the shopping list directly via the link, I no longer need the News-Letter. I wait until the mentioned categories arrive on the app and work with them that way. I only subscribe to "Promotions Migros spéciales". Best regardsFrederica

A list of all the products that will soon be removed from the range in the respective cooperative. But although this is a very important customer concern, Migros skilfully ignores it. If the newsletter contained such a list or the link to such a list, I would probably even subscribe to it, which I have never done so far.

Ohhjaa Missy I agree with you! I look at new items, nothing else. I see what's on sale in the store and take it spontaneously, but I don't look for specific promotions and search in the store anymore. It's cheaper elsewhere, even with Swiss products, but I would always study what's on sale and maybe go to Migros once more to get some leftovers. Oh yes, I'd even wait happily for the email instead of boredly closing the shop after 10 seconds.

Then even I would subscribe to the newsletter 😂 You can publish new products, but not articles that are removed? Someone should understand that. Although then you would see even more clearly what is being removed from the range.

The topic is discussed again and again and has many supporters. As I said, Migros is very skilfully ignoring it. 3 months ago, I mentioned some effective suggestions that would take a minimum of time: https://migipedia.migros.ch/de/forum/migros/verschwindende-produkte?reply=b18cb0a0-5d7f-11ec-9672-513061b1590f This exact link I mentioned could be included in the newsletter and everyone would be happy. And what has happened in the 3 months? Exactly, you guessed it: Nothing...
