I was very disappointed to discover that the super product Soletti Pretzel Crisps in 9500 Wil has been removed from the range. These pretzel potato chips were great, with little fat and no sugar.
Now only Zweifel pretzel potato chips are left in the range, which have an immense amount of sugar! What's more, they are simply inedible and far, far too sweet. This has absolutely nothing to do with pretzel potato chips.
I don't understand Migros. Yet another super product is removed and a horrible branded product remains. It also contains a lot of sugar, which really has nothing to do with pretzel potato chips.
Please return the Soletti potato chips to !!!!!!
Customers are being deceived and cheated more and more. For example, with a spelt plait that consists of only 37% spelt. It is absolutely feasible and wonderful, a spelt plait with 100% spelt flour. Why does Migros deceive its customers so much?
I don't want the usual justifications, because Migros is no longer credible.

I have just been informed that the Soletti pretzel potato chips have been completely removed from the Migros range, and not just in Wil. I will ask the category manager why the potato chips have been removed from the range and get back to you.
I can understand that the name of the Dinkelzopf may be misunderstood.
Here is the explanation from the responsible department: "The organic spelt plait consists of a mixture of spelt and wheat flour. Thanks to this mix, the organic spelt plait has the typical spelt taste on the one hand and retains the popular characteristics of a plait, an airy and soft texture, on the other. Braids made from 100% spelt flour, on the other hand, are very compact and hardly have the typical characteristics of a braid."
But what makes you think Migros is no longer credible? Do you have any other specific concerns that we can help you with?

I have to vehemently disagree! A spelt plait made from 100% spelt flour is easy to make and has exactly the same consistency and shape as a wheat plait. I used to make braids like this myself and my sister still does. It's not a problem. And it should be even easier for a baker. So please, don't make such justifications.
The clarifications about the Soletti pretzels will always get the same answer: You weren't asked. But such answers are not true and we have all experienced this several times, with even the sales staff shaking their heads. (e.g. light protein bread, brunch spread, etc. etc.)
Refrain from such answers, because the bosses on the top floor really don't know what the customer likes. They'd rather put American stuff on the shelves, and the beloved products have to make way for it.
And yes, Migros is no longer credible.
I recently posted the ingredients of a spelt plait that one of my favorite bakers makes. And he can do it without wheat flour.
