These are virtual prizes for your game avatar 😅 Come on...
I have to correct my first answer. I also thought that these were real prizes, as the FAQ says that the non-cash prizes are sent by post. However, if you click on the edit icon on the avatar, the virtual items appear. Unfortunately, this is one of many misunderstandings that the game sometimes causes.
