About 2 years ago, we bought a soda stream bubbler at Migros. In the course of time, a replacement cylinder was added, which was always bought or exchanged at Migros. So far, this has not been a problem. When I wanted to replace the Sodaclub cylinder today, I got the snippy answer from the lady that she had been instructed to only replace Sodaclub cylinders. She referred me to the COOP, but I was unsuccessful there too. When I now search for a retailer on www.sodaclub.ch, I ACTUALLY come across my Migros branch.
So now I want to know where I can exchange this cylinder.
This kind of treatment of customers is not desirable! I am very annoyed!
