M-Budget Mobile's 5 free sms counter hasn't been working on their site for a few days. Is it a "fault" so difficult for a computer specialist to repair?

....Aldi Mobile is ALSO discontinuing its sms bundles these days. Many people appreciate M-Budget sms that can be typed on the computer, so we can't wait for them to come back!
