The Coop sells skyr without sugar, sweetened with sweetener. Wouldn't that be better than the normal Skyr with sugar? Can you check that?

Hello @indios, thank you for your message, we carry Skyr under the YOU brand. Only natural ingredients may be used under this brand. Artificially sweetened YOU Skyr is therefore out of the question.
For this reason, we have introduced three new quark-based products under Oh! High Protein. These are artificially sweetened, lactose-free, high in protein and also fat-free. Best regards, Richi

Many complain that they don't want the sugar in skyr, and then please add sweetener ...

Because they want to push this YOU label at all costs. After all, the stuff is a bit more expensive.

I think they're great, but quark and skyr are not quite the same thing.
