Skyr is low-fat quark in various flavors with special skyr cultures. The quark is very, very tasty, fat-free and rich in protein. Larger Coop stores already stock it and it is constantly sold out. As I prefer to go to Migi, it would be great if they added Skyr to their range. :)

I would be particularly pleased to see an introduction/imitation of the vanilla variant; only Globus has one so far?
