Hello Migros kids,

As I buy a Sils pretzel every day for snack, which I also enjoy with an M-Budget orange juice, one day I walked past the bread stand in Migros in despair and saw that there were no more pretzels (sold out).

I asked the person in charge of the department if there were any Silser Zopf left, she smiled at me and said whether I was still asleep or drunk, so I replied why, I'd always bought one before.
She told me that it was a pretzel and not a plait...

Afterwards I realized that you could also make a plait from the same dough, so I ran straight to the local bakery to ask if they could make it for me.

A few days later, I got a phone call internally telling me to go to the bakery to get my plait.

When I saw it, I was amazed, it was really big and delicious.



When I tried it, I was amazed at how it tasted on the inside, it was simply delicious!

Since then I call it Silser Zöpfli...
