Unfortunately, you are not allowed to eat shirataki noodles. They do not correspond to a low-fiber diet.
Dietary fiber is another name for food fibers. If a product is high in fiber, it is not low in fiber. Shirataki noodles contain considerably more fiber than normal pasta.
I'm sorry, but you will probably have to do without shirataki noodles.

Rice noodles ( https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/158513400000-archived-1 ) are low in fiber and therefore suitable for you. But of course you need to add something else to make it a balanced meal. The best way to eat a low-fiber yet healthy diet is to ask your doctor or seek advice from a nutritionist.
