I find it highly problematic that the repair service is being cut back. Migros is unfortunately dismantling itself more and more! Where is the sustainability that is always so praised?

On Monday I received a ruble card for the competition with Coffe B. After scratching, I was able to enter the code and won a Coffe B machine. Unfortunately, the black machines are not available at the moment according to the website!
I ask myself how you can launch a competition without the prizes being unavailable!

As long as spare parts are available, repairs must be guaranteed for reasons of sustainability. I think it's a bit inappropriate to pass on repairs to specialist dealers now!
Regarding the "Chill & Win" competition
I received the ruble card on Monday, July 14 at MM Unterentfelden.
The competition organizer is Delica AG Buchs, which still belongs to Migros!
So Migros should know when and where a competition is taking place.
But unfortunately there seems to be a lot going wrong in the Migros Group, I'm also thinking of the debacle with the SAP changeover at Elsa/Mifroma! All highly paid people!
I was a loyal Migros customer and employee for many years, but the trust is slowly crumbling, what a shame!
