In French-speaking Switzerland, you can find Sérac (fresh Ziger cheese) in every Migros, I don't understand why it's not available in German-speaking Switzerland. I would be very happy if it could be introduced as a sample in German-speaking Switzerland and, if it meets with interest, be included in the range. That way I wouldn't always have to make the long journey to French-speaking Switzerland.

Welcome to Migipedia and thank you for your suggestion. Ziger cheese is indeed a regionally managed product - for a certain proportion of the range, the individual cooperatives are allowed to decide for themselves which products are particularly suitable for their region and their customers.
Where do you shop? I'll be happy to pass on your suggestion - unfortunately I can't promise anything, but you never know ;-)

Thank you for passing on my request! I mainly shop in Zurich-Oerlikon or in Bern Bubenberg. However, I would also go shopping for the Sérac at Migros Zurich-City or in the surrounding area. Some of my friends would also be very happy to be able to buy the Sérac in German-speaking Switzerland.
