I don't know who has already tried it... Last week I was craving something sweet in the evening and I looked around in our Migros for something I might like. My eyes fell on a Selection chocolate cake. It was quite expensive, but I decided to go for it as I wanted to make my family happy.
At home after dinner, we cut the cake full of anticipation, gave everyone a slice and tasted it... And it just didn't taste good! The cake had a strange aftertaste that you couldn't really put your finger on. The half-eaten cake continued its sad existence in our kitchen for a few days until I finally disposed of it; I didn't like eating anything sweet if I didn't really like it.
Well, you always learn something: if you like to cook and bake often, the only option is to go to an expensive patisserie or do it yourself; most of the rest turns out to be a disappointment in the end...
