The hub sounds interesting. I've already tried a few things with silken tofu, mostly as a quark substitute, so I'll take a closer look.

Hello everyone,
if I'm being completely honest, I did a quick google while writing the mail to see if you actually don't have silken tofu. I haven't discovered it yet in the stores (Baden or Wettingen)... So people, get the word out about this stuff! It's great for fresh creams and desserts...
