Yesterday I was delighted to see that Swiss early potatoes are finally available in organic quality. Unfortunately, they were pretty inedible. I had the potatoes on the grill for over an hour at full heat and they were still half raw inside. I usually cut the potatoes in half and after half an hour on the grill they are edible.
