So you could still buy a large tart without the cherry and candied fruit, cut it into pieces and then freeze it. That way, if you feel like it, you can simply take a slice of cake out of the freezer and enjoy it a short time later :) Just as an input 👍 I freeze pieces of my homemade SWT from time to time and it tastes just as good defrosted 😋
