Dear Migros This bar (https://produkte.migros.ch/angebote/lindt-milch-nuss-1658784?region=gmzh) costs Fr. 1.50 at Lindt (https://www.lindt.ch/de/schokoladenriegel-milch-nuss-35g), Fr. 1.75 at Migros (even Fr. 1.85 at Coop; https://www.coop.ch/de/lebensmittel/suesses-snacks-superfoods/schokolade-suessigkeiten/schokoladen-riegel-snacks/schokoladenriegel/lindt-nocciolatte/p/6781058?context=search). And various other Lindt products at Migros are much more expensive than if I were to buy them directly from Lindt - apart from the fact that the Lindt products in Migros do not even come from Lindt Switzerland, but are imported from abroad at a lower price (i.e. Migros' margin is therefore even greater). I don't think that's right. I don't see why I should buy Lindt products in Migros when I can buy them directly from Lindt and even cheaper there than in Migros. This is probably another case of customers being taken for fools (see MBudget cottage cheese, where the quantity was smaller but the price was higher). Kind regards

Dear Migros Another question: In which Migros stores (ZH cooperative) are these bars available at all? I have heard from colleagues that they have been in several Migros stores (large, not small stores) and nowhere are these bars available; the staff also had no idea or didn't even know that Migros has been offering them with multiple Cumulus points since Tuesday... The prices of a manufacturer's online store cannot be compared with the prices of a retailer. However, consumers can rest assured that the chocolate products meet the highest Lindt quality standards in every respect. 1. in Switzerland (in contrast to certain other countries) there is still freedom of expression. 2. as a price-sensitive and critical customer and as a customer who does not have a lot of money to spend on shopping (in contrast to you as a well-heeled person), I am allowed to criticize and question Migros' (and others') pricing policy; that is my right. That is part of freedom of expression. Whether Migros (or others) want to respond or not is of course up to them. 3. Migros earns enough when I look at the sales figures. Apart from that, Migros does not make a margin on all Lindt products, but only on certain Lindt products. Certain Lindt products, for example, cost exactly the same as Lindt itself. 4. Before you make any claims that are not true, you should perhaps do a little more research. I have never claimed to be a Migros fan, and how you would know that - especially since I don't know you - I would also be surprised (clairvoyant abilities? omniscient?). 5.
