i would like to ask if there is any chocolate that does not contain nuts and cannot contain any traces of them (nut allergy). i would be very grateful for advice.

This is a safeguard provided by the manufacturer.
The reason lies in the production process. Often different articles are produced on one line and it can happen that on the same production line a product with nuts is produced first and then one without. Despite cleaning the line between the two productions, it cannot be 100% ruled out that traces (e.g. nut oil) are still to be found in the second product.
