The store is overflowing with chocolate balls, the selection is so big, too big, the customer almost loses track. But - even this year Migros can't manage to get 2-3 sugar-free! varieties on the shelves. I've been asking for this for years, but Migros turns a blind eye. The trend is really more and more "without sugar" and Migros simply doesn't listen or look. It would be child's play to produce 3 different variants (e.g. pure black balls (without nuts!), milk and white chocolate). So there would be something for every taste. And they should be available all year round. And then don't hide these variants in the far corner so that nobody sees them and Migros can claim that there is not much demand for them. Advertise them and put them in the foreground and let people taste them!!! Migros is currently turning everything on its head, removing customers' favorite products with flimsy excuses and demanding that we be flexible..............but is Migros? Is it really up to date? And please, I don't want to hear about suggestions and alternatives here - I know Migros' chocolate selection very well.

So at least one variety, the most common would probably be milk, could be put on the shelf, a row in the display could certainly be accommodated. Less for sales, logically it would probably be a weak product, but for the customers. For all those who would like that, I'm sure a few would go into Migros and think oh great, a variety for me. Customer loyalty and all that :)

Do we have to chew through this every year (and preferably again at Easter with the chocolate eggs)?

Pretty shabby answer. So you don't even bother. You're not interested in meeting customer demand for sugar-free black chocolate. Shame on you........ I don't need alternatives because I know the Migros chocolate range and that's not what I'm interested in.
