I am extremely surprised at the poor customer service! I ordered replacement vacuum cleaner parts back in October 2017, but they were incorrectly referenced, so I had to return them. I waited 2 months for a refund of the money I had already paid - and lots of emails
Now I placed an order with Melectronics online 3 weeks ago and paid in advance... No delivery to date. When I logged into my account, there was no more order - as if deleted by magic. The Migros service didn't answer me and I didn't get a refund either.... Bravo Migros, really outstanding service. I hope I get my money - or the delivery...SOON!
