I find these Miobril sponges, according to my photos, absolutely inadequate. The underside peels off after just 2 applications. This happened to me not only with one sponge, but with all of them. I "unfortunately" bought a promotional bulk pack and therefore used and tested some of these sponges. I would not buy these sponges again.

Hello Loxiran, thank you for the post. We are sorry that the sponges only lasted for such a short time. Would it be possible for you to send them in? Then we can look into the matter.

It would be advisable to train the Migros employees so that they know that the Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund (MGB) is an association of all cooperatives and that the M-Infoline is in Zurich and not every cooperative has its own M-Infoline. The Migros employee said that Migros Ostschweiz had nothing to do with Zurich and that she could not accept my parcel with the sponges. Even when I showed her the printout of your message, it didn't help. Only when I said that I would have to complain to the M-Infoline if she didn't accept the parcel did she accept it.
To be on the safe side, I have now had a confirmation stamped so that I know that I have handed in the sponges (2 new, 2 old). (Unfortunately, the stamp is a little faint).
So I hope that the sponges will find their way to the Infoline? If not, please contact Migros Deutweg yourself.
Because the postage would definitely have been too expensive, it wouldn't have been worth it.

As described, I handed in the sponges "free of charge" at the Migros Deutweg branch.
Now I have received a card for penalty postage today.
I am annoyed that the employees at the Deutweg have no idea and simply handed in my goods entry for the Infoline to the post office "flippantly" without postage.
Fortunately, thanks to my intervention, I was able to get the postage paid out to me. But my trust in M-Deutweg is gone. I had the misfortune of having a second defective product, which I had to send to the M-Infoline. I then drove to Migros Seen to hand it in there.
