M-Plus is advertised on the homepage with the benefit "MyMigros: No delivery charges from CHF 80". I have now noticed that MyMigros does not charge any delivery fees from CHF 80. This is therefore a sham benefit. It would be a real advantage if the minimum order value for free delivery were reduced to 50-60. Is something like this planned? How did this misinformation come about on the homepage? What experiences have other customers had with M-Plus in combination with MyMigros?

Hello Morello, thank you for your patience. Due to many small orders via myMigros, we had to adjust this offer for the sake of the environment as well as for logistics and cost reasons. Delivery via myMigros is now free of charge for purchases of CHF 80.00 or more. Below CHF 80.00, a fee of CHF 7.00 will be charged, even for M-Plus members. As an M-Plus member, however, you will benefit from a 10% discount on your top products at myMigros as well as double Cumulus points. We have forwarded your valuable feedback to our project managers.
