Apparently not everyone understands the stamp card system....

Scheinbar verstehen nicht alle das System Stempelkarte....

I meet someone in the M-Restaurant who asks the question during a conversation: He already had six ( 6 ! ) coupons 500Pte from the coffee stamp card... He redeemed the other coupons in paper form - he had never received anything in paper form for this coffee card in the Cumulus statement. The stamp card was of course activated by his grandson... ;-)

In this context, I ask @Cumulus-Infoline - to make it easier for this group of people, as not all 6 can be activated, but only one at a time:

--Why in these cases with a minimum purchase of 5 centimes and yes only available in the M app.... not simply activated automatically?

--Why are coupons such as 200 points Total Migros restaurant offer from CHF 20 also not automatically activated from CHF 20? - For paper redeemers, there would then be no need for a barcode on the paper coupon, just a message in the form of: "On your next visit to a M-Restaurant by 11.11.18, you will receive 200 extra points from a consumption of CHF 20 or more when you identify yourself with your Cumulus card" -- same procedure in the store for the 800 points promotion from CHF 100 store purchase

--The double (for purchases of CHF 100 or more) should also be redeemed automatically for purchases of CHF 100 or more (because then there's another new one and cumulation of doubles is not possible). If someone wants to redeem it in the app for less than CHF 100, they could do so manually, the same procedure if they present it in paper form for less than CHF 100.

I suspect that some people would be happy if this thicket of coupons were cleared out a little... ;-)

Thanks for the answer.
