I have been taking just under 1dl of tomato juice diluted with a little water in the morning almost every day for about 1 year. In Germany, tomato or vegetable juices are available with spices, so I add a dash of Tabasco to the juice container. Spicy and vegetables are healthy :) So Migros, would that be something?

Update from me ;) I've been buying tomato juice from Coop for a while now, it's called "Naturaplan Organic Tomato Juice Spicy" - it fits!
