Hi PrincesseErika, we use sunflower oil for our ready-made salad dressings because it has a very neutral taste. It can therefore be used for almost any type of sauce. What's more, it's less expensive than rapeseed oil. As oil is the main ingredient in salad dressings, if sunflower oil were replaced by rapeseed oil, the dressings would have to be sold at a higher price.I hope this answers your question.
