It's just a shame that after placing an order (29.4.2013), nothing more is heard or seen. And then you get a somewhat disconcerting response when you ask:
We regret to inform you that our supplier can no longer deliver the item you ordered (717144500000 Samsung VCR8828 Robot Vacuum Cleaner) as it has since been sold out. We therefore had to cancel this item from your order.
To enable us to refund you the corresponding amount, we kindly ask you to provide us with your IBAN
We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced and thank you for your understanding.
Apart from the disappointment, the question remains as to whether you would simply not have heard anything more without asking - let alone seen any more of the money .... What a shame, that's really not Migros-like! I'm not used to that and didn't expect it.
