I bought this Sazlstein Himalay in Brugg today. We put it in the oven for 40 minutes at250 degrees. Then we put pork fillets on it... Do you know what happened? After 10 minutes it was no longer bubbling and the fillets were not cooked through... This is the biggest disaster we have ever bought from them. I will dispose of the product tomorrow. ?
Another question: "I used to buy a baking mix made from spelt flour from them in Brugg, but now I can no longer find this great product on their shelves!" The bread was always great and since we have people in the family with wheat allergies, it was simply super.
