Dear Alvaro9 The December/January period was already settled in the Cumulus accounts at the beginning of the month. Therefore, you do not see the correct balance in your account. You will receive the corresponding account statement with a payment at the beginning of March. Blue vouchers and related benefit vouchers will be visible online or in the Migros app starting 01.03.2020. Since there are nearly three million Cumulus accounts who need to be settled and sent, it takes about a month from the end of each period until our customers receive the corresponding statements.
