Today I received a statement for my remaining credit from the seasonal kitchen subscription. Can't understand the statement. How many issues are left? 1 or 2? Is 4/2017 April the last or 5/2017 May?

I would also be very interested in this..............Why can't the whole thing be communicated more clearly so that normal consumers can understand it????

After the last season was delivered; I'm sure the final subscription invoice was wrong; would be a simple 3 rate invoice.
Invoice dated 17.08.2016 for 12 issues: 010/2016 to 009/2017
Issues #5-9/2017 no longer exist (004/2017 was the last one): 5/12 repayment of CHF 39.00 -> CHF 16.25 and not CHF 13.00 as on the invoice. And then talk of rounding up (CHF 15.00 received back; instead of at least CHF 16.25).
Unfortunately, I have not yet received a calculation statement; it would be nice if this could still come. I have already sent various "private messages" to various employees, but have not received any useful information.
