Since Migros has been closing more and more stores, most recently Alnatura where I always liked to go, I like going to Migros less and less, preferring to go to the Coop, also because of availability and reliability.
For example, yesterday I wanted to get an apple punch syrup in Migros, according to the APP it should be there, but I couldn't find it, when I asked I was told it was seasonal and no longer available, aha seasonal goods in winter with temperatures below zero?
I found it immediately at Coop.
That was not the only time, once I wanted to get organic wedges in a MMM, according to APP available >10 pieces, also not found, on request comes still great.

For me, Migros has degenerated into a juice store, they don't care about their customers.
If there weren't a few individual products that I like, I would do without Migros.

Also the issue of Cumulus, why should I bother, there are only a few vouchers and the incentives are low.
With the Supercard I have a lot more incentives, e.g. collectible passes in the app.
