We received a letter from Migros today, 19.02, with a product recall. It's actually great that you can find out who bought this product using the Cumulus card and inform the customer personally.
Today, however, I almost rolled over with laughter.
The recall concerns a bratwurst bought between 16.12. - 16.01.16
I very much hope for all customers that they do not eat a sausage that is older than 1 month or, depending on the date of purchase, already 2 months old, regardless of the recall campaign
Was the letter meant kindly but not very useful ??
