I ordered curtains from the online store at the end of January for delivery to my niece. Unfortunately, she only got around to unpacking them a few days ago. She noticed that one of the curtains had several stains. I immediately reported this to customer service (with photos of the stains) and asked how and where I could exchange this curtain, as it was not a flawless product. The answer was very disappointing. I was told that the return period of 30 days had expired and that defects had to be reported immediately anyway. So there is no goodwill, no concession and no replacement on the part of Migros. This is not worthy of an otherwise very good company like Migros. Until now, I always believed that Migros was interested in being generous and accommodating to its customers. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. Not a good advertisement for Migros in my opinion.
