Refund after mistyping: Hello?!?

I just got really upset at Migros on Limmatplatz in Zurich.
The cashier mistakenly tipped me a roll of Zürisäcke that I hadn't even ordered. It can happen. Unfortunately, I only realize this after I've paid. Then I would like my money back, which seems legitimate to me. The cashier tells me, oh sorry, I can't, you'll have to go to customer service, so I have to stand in line, write my name and address on a piece of paper and then wait for my money. But no luck here either: he can't pay me any money, the customer service man tells me, otherwise his till will be empty in the evening, instead I get a voucher worth the Zurich bags, which can of course only be redeemed at Migros. Hello? The Migros cashier makes a mistake, I waste time, have to give my details and end up with a voucher that I don't even want. I don't think that's right. I'm looking forward to your answer and if I don't get one I'll move on.
