ABE takes a closer look at one of Switzerland's most popular dishes: rösti. We took a look at the contents of boxes and bags of rösti found in supermarkets. A happy cocktail of preservatives, flavor enhancers and antioxidants analyzed by a food expert and a pharmacologist. Is this really reasonable? ABE calls on producers.
