I would be delighted if I could find beef heart in the refrigerated counter. I need it for my tortoises. And some people feed it to their dogs. I used to be able to buy beef heart cut into cubes and packaged at C. That was much more practical than buying them whole (do you know how huge a cow heart is?) and cutting them up myself (you have to cut away all the tubes).
