I asked the product managers about these croissants. We have never had ricotta and spinach croissants in our range. What we did have some time ago were vegetable croissants with quark. Unfortunately, these were very unpopular and we had to take them out of the range again.
We are therefore not planning to introduce an alternative to the classic ham croissants at the moment.
