Dear Community
Today I was at a loss in Migros and didn't know what to buy. Do I fancy vegetarian or should I go for a meat-based menu? I didn't have a recipe in mind at the moment either. Then I had THE idea: wouldn't it be practical if there was a screen in the food department where you could make a rough selection of what you wanted to cook and how expensive the ingredients could be, etc., and this selection would suggest recipes that you could easily recreate at home? I imagine this as follows: Once the recipe has been selected, it is transferred to the self-scanning device on which the required ingredients can be read. Now one item after the other can be scanned in using the device (advantage: no item is forgotten) and paid for. Now the recipe only needs to be printed out on the receipt after payment.... and voilà.
Is such an idea feasible? Is there any demand at all?
