I love the Migusto magazine with its exciting recipes. Wouldn't it be possible to write a vegan version alongside the actual recipe? That would be much easier for vegans, because you wouldn't have to look for the right products yourself and experiment, it would already be tried and tested by the cooking team.

Hello @Ca-DoSi Thank you for your message. I'll be happy to pass this on to our managers. We already have some vegan dishes - but I think it will be difficult with our resources to work out a vegan variant for each individual dish. Best regards Sebastian

I would find it a huge amount of work if you always had to write a vegan alternative to every recipe. As a vegan, you could work out a vegan version of the actual recipe yourself, couldn't you? After all, vegans know best which products are vegan, so they can simply tinker around a bit themselves, try them out and make substitutions...

For experienced vegans it's certainly easy, but for people who are new to the subject it would be helpful to know whether to use yoghurt or (silken) tofu for a particular recipe, for example. You would be spared the tinkering and possible failure. But of course I still appreciate the fact that there are now some vegan recipes in Migusto. I always look forward to new products. I would still like to see kala namak and yeast flakes.

For experienced vegans it's certainly easy, but for people who are new to the subject it would be helpful to know whether to use yoghurt or (silken) tofu for a particular recipe, for example. You're right, it would of course be helpful for people who are new to veganism or vegan nutrition. But it would be a huge effort for Migros/Migusto to provide a vegan version for every non-vegan recipe (I assume they have to work it out and cook it themselves first before they publish the recipe). There are also lots of other vegan recipes that are accessible and available for free on the internet, be it on Migusto, Foobie, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Otherwise, just google it, there are tons of recipes if you google vegan recipes ;-)
