I bought lamps and cables for CHF 1600. I had to send back the wrong items for CHF 200. I posted these items to Migros in Buchrain. Unfortunately, I have never received my money back. Nobody from the online store was able to help me because I didn't receive any confirmation. And exactly the same from Buchrain. Never again! It's very frustrating! It gives the impression that Migros is massively overburdened with the online store.
