My MioStar washing machine is broken. The service is outsourced to an obscure company called 'sertronics', but their service is completely subterranean! I reported the fault on Monday. A Sertronics employee called on Tuesday: He told me to repair the door of the washing machine with a rope, otherwise it would cost CHF 240.00. If an employee came out, it would cost just CHF 240.00, plus travel plus labor, then he would have to order the defective part, and then he would have to come again to install the part. So yesterday, Tuesday, I tried to mend the door 'with a rope', but that didn't work because the magnetic release is broken. they must really be at the limit with their 240.00 flat-rate charges. migros is so environmentally friendly. and then you turn repairs of defects into ordeals. it hurts us. just be like your advertising says you are. Then you would be much better.
