I would think it would be extremely great if you offered refill stations for your own-brand hygiene and cleaning products in your stores. As a customer, I wouldn't have to buy a new cell phone detergent every time, for example, but I could simply refill my used cell phone bottle. This would save you some transportation costs, recycling costs and packaging material and (hopefully) save me a few cents in my pocket.
