Hey, I bought a cheap gasoline lawn mower (item no. 6307.238) ... or so I thought!
But actually I only got Chinese parts and a lousy instruction manual:
- Parts that don't fit together (Bowden cable rubs against the drive lever)
- contradictory information regarding the warranty period (2 years or 5 years?)
- all photos on the packaging are mirror-inverted
- related pictures and text are spread over several pages in the manual
- Quick guide completely without text, only pictures with arrows on them
- incorrect information such as engine power, cutting height levels ...
- Oil was already in the engine (2.5dl instead of empty), filling up according to the instructions causes trouble
It took me (as an engineer) over 1 hour until the thing was ready to mow.
Conclusion: this product should only be offered again after massive improvements!
