As enthusiastic as I was about the M-Budget raclette cheese the other day, I was disappointed by the Raccard sheep's milk: inedible!

The melted slices of Raccard sheep's milk are literally swimming in oil! I always had to pour the oil out of the pan first to make the cheese somewhat edible.

The taste itself is not bad, but I couldn't enjoy it at all because of the oil.
