As enthusiastic as I was about the M-Budget raclette cheese the other day, I was disappointed by the Raccard sheep's milk: inedible!
The melted slices of Raccard sheep's milk are literally swimming in oil! I always had to pour the oil out of the pan first to make the cheese somewhat edible.
The taste itself is not bad, but I couldn't enjoy it at all because of the oil.

Sheep's milk raclette should not be heated too much, otherwise it will become greasy. Then: lower the temperature and bonne App❗️?

I can't regulate the temperature of my small raclette oven. However, I don't have the feeling that it gets too hot, because every other cheese takes at least as long as usual on this appliance. Thanks anyway for the tip.

We are sorry that the raclette cheese did not meet your expectations. In fact, the melting properties of cow's milk raclette do not differ from sheep's milk raclette.
So far, we have not received any negative feedback about this product. However, we would like to make further inquiries. We would need the lot number and the date. Have you perhaps photographed the product? If so, I would be grateful if you could send me this information.
