Curd strudel

Quarkstrudel

Years ago, you could buy a quark strudel in the frozen food section of Migros.
It was similar to a simple apple strudel, a puff pastry with a fine quark filling, which also contained raisins.
The quark strudel was available as a pastry, so you could bake it yourself.
It was available in the 1980s until around the beginning of the 1990s.
After that, unfortunately, this delicious strudel disappeared from Migros without replacement!
What happened to the quark strudel?
Couldn't it be reintroduced?
This strudel would certainly make a welcome change as a small dessert or over coffee.

Hello Imperator

Unfortunately, I have been informed by the product manager that there are no plans to reintroduce the quark strudel to the range in the near future. However, they are happy to take your idea on board and will look into it again when the range is next updated.

Kind regards

@Imperator
The best frozen quark strudel is currently available at Aldi ("Topfenstrudel").
