Quarkinis are small, deep-fried balls of dough (quark is in the dough, not the filling) that are dipped in cinnamon sugar. They are wonderfully light and fluffy. The competitor with the C has them in its range. But the best ones are available from Ueli der Beck (Zollikofen). Wouldn't that be a challenge for the Jowa?
