@Bodenseeknusperli, the red dough scraper from China is made of silicone. This material is highly regulated in Switzerland. Before the products reach the stores, Migros checks whether they comply with the law. This includes certificates and various documents. Best regards, Jenny

Plastic does not necessarily have to be bad and/or fragile.
The same applies here: it's the quality that counts... ;)

Yes, it was a slightly firmer Schoggi dough for the base of a Black Forest, while folding :-(
