Why doesn't Migros have better powdered sugar packaging? It always annoys me that the powdered sugar in the paper packaging hardens so quickly (my stock is stored in the cellar) and sometimes barely dissolves in the chocolate icing.
Coop's powdered sugar packaging (also chocolate or cocoa) is several lengths ahead because they use plasticized packaging that can be resealed. The powdered sugar remains wonderfully powdery, just the way I like it in desserts.
