Why doesn't Migros have better powdered sugar packaging? It always annoys me that the powdered sugar in the paper packaging hardens so quickly (my stock is stored in the cellar) and sometimes barely dissolves in the chocolate icing.
Coop's powdered sugar packaging (also chocolate or cocoa) is several lengths ahead because they use plasticized packaging that can be resealed. The powdered sugar remains wonderfully powdery, just the way I like it in desserts.

Calcium phosphate is subject to the same approval conditions for use as an acidity regulator as phosphoric acid and the other salts of phosphoric acid such as E 339 and E 340. E 341 is characterized by the fact that it regulates the acidity of foods. E 340 is added to soft drinks, cola drinks, sports drinks, baking powder, dry products in powder form, milk powder and coffee whitener. AS E 341 ALSO ADHERES VERY WELL TO FOOD SURFACES AND THUS PREVENTS STICKING AND STICKING, E 341 IS ALSO VERY POPULAR AS A RELEASE AGENT.

My powdered sugar from Migros has never hardened, and it takes me ages to use up a packet
@watschli: *agree*... I always fill the powdered sugar into one of those Topline storage tins (or whatever the tins are called)! Firstly, when you need it, it's more practical for me to take it out than from the paper packet, and secondly, it's better for resealing than the (in my opinion) stupid plastic bags, as is the case with cornstarch, for example (I also poured this over because the seal didn't work properly). Thirdly, you can bundle the paper bag into the waste paper when it is completely empty ;-)
@istanbul: Thank you for the detailed answer about ingredients. So I can assume that powdered sugar from Migros is "healthier"?
@ watschli and Luna L.: As I buy in advance, I don't have room for all the powdered sugar in the storage tin (which I also use for packs that have already been used).

The powdered sugar in the shaker from Migros also has E 341.

@purlimunter: Oh well, I just don't need that much powdered sugar... ;-)
But when I buy a product in stock that comes in such paper packaging, I put it in an M-Budget freezer bag for storage and close it with these sealing clips, which are also available at Migros! Works great and the bags can be reused X times :-)
